Project Summary: New construction of 17 units of affordable cottage court homes in downtown Raleigh. The future Cottages of Idlewild development plans offers a range of home purchase and home rental opportunities for individuals and families at 50-80% AMI.

The project development team is committed to producing an environmentally and economically sustainable project, creating high performance and resilient homes. Each duplex structure has roughly a 1,000-1,400 Sq. Ft. footprint and is 2 floors.

The goal of the Idlewild site will be to minimize homeowner long-term expenses using high-quality materials, adding to the potential for wealth creation for homeowners and tenants. Each home will be constructed of long lasting, durable, and low maintenance materials. Whenever possible, construction will utilize low-carbon footprint materials that are recycled, recyclable, or made from renewable resources. All specified products are non-toxic and installed with environmentally responsible building practices, including construction waste landfill diversion.

Project Summary: New construction multifamily, mixed use, entertainment center, mass timber office, soccer stadium. The project includes the development of 135 acres centered around the S. Saunders / I-40 interexchange.   Downtown South district will create a Southern Gateway into Downtown Raleigh. The project will provide a physical connection to the heart of downtown and surrounding communities, nature, parks while creating common spaces, roads, transports and arteries that make it accessible to all is paramount.
